Would you like to become a Habitat homeowner?

HFHAR looks at three areas when selecting a partner family:  Your Need, Your Ability to Pay, and Your Willingness to Partner.  To be a qualifying family your income needs to be between $20,000 and $45,000 depending on family size.  Habitat homes are sold to partner families at no profit and are financed with no-interest loans.  If you might be interested in being a habitat home owner, please contact us.

My husband and I currently live in Dalton NH in a 30 year old trailer that wasn’t taken care of before we moved in, so to say the least is in ROUGH shape. We have 2 daughters, 2 years and almost 4 months. We make just over 45,000 a year, would this automatically disqualify us for a habitat home?

Not necessarily, you should get in touch with the family selection committee for more information, the main phone number is 603-616-2515 and you can leave your information so they can get in touch with you with more information.
